Sarah Bowen (North Carolina State), author of Pressure Cooker: Why Home Cooking Won't Solve Our Problems and What We Can Do About It (Oxford) Jennifer Gaddis (University of Wisconsin, Madison Human Ecology) is author of The Labor of Lunch: Why We Need Read Food and Real Jobs in American Public Schools (UC Press). Kara Young, who is currently working on Gut Feelings: The Emotions of Food Inequality.
